Shipping & Delivery
1. Where We Ship
Due to route limitations and other uncontrollable factors, we currently ship only to selected countries/regions.
If your country/region is not listed at checkout, we are unable to ship there—so sorry for the inconvenience.
2. Processing Time
All items are handmade to order.
Our current processing time is 1–2 weeks.
Most countries receive their parcels 1–2 weeks after shipping.
3. Where Your Order Ships From
Every order is packed and shipped from our small sewing studio in China.
(We’re based in a quiet little town surrounded by mountains and rivers — very peaceful and beautiful. 🌿)
4. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship using the most suitable carrier for each destination (for example, USPS for U.S. packages).
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
Miloalight is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:
incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer
refusal of delivery
unclaimed parcels
failure to pick up packages held by local carriers or customs
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
6. Shipping Delays
Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as:
carrier delays
customs processing
weather or natural events
carrier strikes
transportation disruptions
These delays do not qualify for refunds.
However, if your parcel has not arrived within 2 months from the shipping date, we will gladly assist you with one of the following:
a replacement shipment, or
an exchange for items of equal value (style or size change allowed)
Refunds are not available for delayed or lost parcels; replacements or exchanges only.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our items and the high cost of international logistics, all international sales are final.
Orders that are refused, returned, or unclaimed are not eligible for refunds, reshipments, or exchanges.
